Fabiokallas was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in july 1st., 1982. In 2000 after graduating from High School he started studying Visual Arts concentrating in Photography at the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras. He currently lives and works in Berlin where he divides his time exploring with drawing, painting, film and photography. His works are part of privates collections in Puerto Rico, New York and Berlin. Fabiokallas uses drawing as a basic medium to represent situations in which ambiguities of the human existence are implicit. He´s drawings and paintings are combine with a sense of ambivalence pattern, realism and ireality are usually bring together in his work. Also drawing, somehow, is referred hand to hand with painting. He also still works with black and white film in his photographs. By this conceptual content he try explores the emptiness connection-links between people and its surroundings in the different cities that he had visited. Recently, he is working on his next exhibition in Hamburg, Germany.
